My friends & I just had another lovely shopping experience with the VERY PLEASANT & FASHIONABLE sales lady @Marcella’s..A perfect Friday shopping extravaganza except for what we had to witness: a group of about 10 women & a child who entered the boutique causing a disrespectful display —throwing clothes on the floor, yelling at the sales lady (for no reason) & allowing the minor to run around the store yanking off the mannequins’ hands & clothing—they behaved as savages with no regard for other customers, the sales lady, the boutique, or their own safety. We were impressed with the sales lady who maintained her professional & pleasant demeanor—all while taming the shrew-like characters. We will continue to shop and support Marcella’s & the lovely sales lady at this boutique.
