Needs a better way of keeping up with gift card balances not a piece of paper with a we code because you can’t keep up with that. Had an issue with them today. Had to take a picture of it just to keep up with it. I felt like they just wanted to get your money because they know people will probably lose it and the place is already expensive.

Lovely store with a variety of items. Excellent for boutique type items for everyone. Friendly staff and clean, visually appealing environment. I think of thoughtful gifts for people when I think of this store.

Love this store, always able to find what I want and the prices I want. But the last two times I went in the store I was treated horrible by you guessed it the short petite blonde. The first time I let it slide the second time I walked out of there feeling like I was a low life, never again lady, you do not have the right too treat anyone like you treated me today. I will take my money and my business else where. The rest of the employee's have always treated me great.

I went in to buy a birthday gift and I was being followed around the store by staff. Once I got to the counter and payed, I asked for it to be gift wrapped and the lady behind the counter got an attitude and was upset about having to do her job I guess. Horrible and rude staff!!!! And not to mention a lot of items in there are very overpriced! I’d recommend you spend your money and go somewhere with a better representation.

Really can’t say enough about how phenomenal this company and its employees are. I have never once had a poor experience while shopping here! If I call with an inquiry, the ladies will ask for my number and take their time to snap photos of items to text before I make the 30 minute trip out there. You just don’t find customer service like that anywhere these days ❤️. Not to mention, their gift wrapping is *chefs kiss*

The store is cute, clean, pricey, has many gift ideas. I PERSONALLY like that I can bring my items and they will gift wrap them beautifully for 3$ each.

I have been in this establishment twice. The first time was to purchase some face masks. I witnessed another shopper trying to pick up an order his wife had placed. The woman that looked to be "in charge" was a shorter, petite woman with dirty blond hair. She was SO VERY rude to the man. When she finally came to check me out she was very abrupt and short with me. I thought it was a bad day for her and wrote it off at that. I had to go back to the store because a friend wanted me to go in with her. Again, the same petite little woman was behind the counter and AGAIN she was short, angry, and NOT friendly at all. I put back what I was going to purchase and so did my friend. I WILL NEVER buy anything from here. What awful representation !!
