Very nice and patient customer service. I don’t order flowers from a florist very often. She was helpful to give me ideas and suggestions, and answer all of my questions. They accept a variety of payment options. The bouquet was ready when promised and looked beautiful! My wife LOVED her dozen roses!

They always remember me and my daughter. They’re so happy to see us and celebrate family milestones for which we’re getting flowers to commemorate.

The bouquet that showed up looked just like the picture. I called with questions and the person helping was very nice and was about to fully help me out. Price was fair and was delivered on time by a nice gentlemen. Will be buying from here again.

What an excellent experience. I called yesterday have a bouquet delivered for this afternoon, for my mother's birthday today. The woman I spoke to over the phone was very polite, thorough, and clearly invested in making sure I got exactly what I was looking for.

The bouquet arrived on time this afternoon, and as you can see from the picture, it is gorgeous! My mother is very please. I will be ording again soon!

I go back to Mariam's flowers again and again for all of my special occasion needs, and so does my whole family. I ordered a "fairy like" whimsical floral centerpiece for my 30th birthday party and it blew the minds of not just me, but all of my guests! I have never seen something so creative and gorgeous in my life! It's been almost a month since my party, and even though the flowers have now dried, they still look amazing and almost the way they did when I got them! This was only one of many creative pieces we have ordered from this shop. They also did my mother's funeral service and we were not disappointed with the sensitive care and attention to detail that we received. They have very reasonable prices and you can tell the owner really has a passion for what she is doing. Would highly recommend Mariam's Flowers to anyone in the Bay Area!!

I purchase flowers from a flower shop to bring to a funeral. The store has a step up to enter the business. When it was time to leave the store, the owner handed me the flowers, and I stumbled on the way out the door, injuring my already damaged knee and tweaking my back. There were no warning signs or reminders that I would require a step-down while holding an extensive arrangement of flowers. While driving away from the shop, I called the store and shared that I was now in pain. I encouraged the person to make a sign or spray paint the area to prevent this from happening again. I shared this information with the clerk, not wanting anything more, but only to share that the drop was a bit dangerous. But then, instead of listening, she started yelling at me and told me the step in front of the store was just fine. I shared that it can be a blind spot for people who don't know or remember the steps when trying to carry out glass containers of flowers. After being yelled at, I reported her to the ADA department to prevent those with disabilities from getting injured while accessing the store. If I was mean, this could have been a lawsuit; too bad she could not hear me over her yelling. Perhaps the next person who tweaks their back won't be so kind.

( Shop owner, I hope you will read this and understand what I was trying to say to you while you were yelling.This situation could have been less complicated had you been a little kind and more open to listening.) FYI: The flowers were lovely.

I am in the Midwest and I needed to send flowers to my Aunt for a very special birthday. The lady that answered my call was very helpful and friendly. The flowers were delivered during the specified time frame. My Aunt was ecstatic! She called me when they arrived to tell me how beautiful they were. She was telling me each type of flower that was in the arrangement! She loved her flowers and I loved the service!
