Love it here. The apartment is updated and it's big for a 2 bedroom. The property is well maintained and I think the office staff is nice. The only con would be that the people above me are loud when they walk but that's to be expected living in an apartment especially the bottom floor.

Not my real name for privacy. Marisol was great a few years ago and has been getting progressively worse. Now a new company owns it and they've doing renovations while people are still living in their apartments. Now I have to have my piece and quiet violated by their sketchy work crews who need the full run of my apartment. I even need to move furniture out of the way for them. Why would you ever do this in occupied units Plus they're going to "a community wifi system" where I no longer have any control over my wifi set up, and they're charging double then what I used to pay on my own. On top of all this the walls and floors are so thin I can clearly hear my neighbor's conversations. It feels like I have no control or privacy over my own life living here. Not to mention the nearly weekly cockroach I need to remove from my bathroom sinks.

I am really getting livid with Marisol at Viera. They are truly inconsiderate to their current residents and are only thinking about new business and ways to get more money. They just slammed us with an email that they will be conducting apartment upgrades and we now have to find a way to move our beds, items in cabinets, items on counters , etc. out of the way so they can do these upgrades. We got this email of notice on Friday and these upgrades are to happen on Monday. No one knows how long this will take or how long it will take for the new paint and glue to dry once they do this upgrade. This is not a place if you have a remote job or have pets because they will continue to disrupt your life.

We had a very good experience touring and signing a lease for an apartment at Marisol. Alysha was very helpful and made the process easy for us. Our apartment is great!

I was so happy when I moved here 11 months ago - things have deteriorated so badly since. I'm moving next month to Centre Pointe - and can't wait! Management used to be quite responsive - at first - things went from there to being "responsive but dishonest," there is no response at all. Customer "service" is horrendous and condescending, conditions are not prioritized and remain deplorable at best. Don't even think of renting here.

I went to tour this property yesterday, and it was beautiful I was more impressed when I saw it in person. Unfortunately, prior to the tour my initial encounter with one of the ladies that assist with leasing apartments was very dismissive when scanning my ID stating that “It did not go through checkpoint ID” and she showed me the error message along with it. After research, I found that checkpoint ID is a software to detect fraudulent identification so of course I was more than confused, and asked for an alternative way to verify myself. The only other way is to have a passport, and which I have, but did not have on hand at the time. I explained that I traveled all the way from Palm Bay, and that I would like to see the apartment and so she offered to share a video tour, but that was not suffice because of the near hour drive I made. Unfortunately I had to go the extra mile and ask to speak to the office manager and all of a sudden my ID was verified. Granted technology does malfunction as it’s apart of our daily lives , but I felt uneasy by this time. I continued with the in-person tour of the property and the amenities were amazing. The placement is perfect it’s right across the street from the Viera Avenue’s. The initial encounter just made me very uncomfortable and uneasy so I’ve decided to continue my search around the beautiful city of Viera with hopefully a more welcoming atmosphere.

Great sense of urgency for residents. I had my AC go down Monday morning, filled out a work request and left for work, received a call midafternoon telling me my outside AC unit was down for the count and they had brought a portable unit to my unit to get me through. Walked into a cool apartment that night. next morning unit replaced. Great turnaround, great communication, thank you very much. Really shows that they have the best interests in mind of their residents. Thank you so much for making a bad situation much better quickly.

The maintenance doesn’t show up for months. I’m convinced the leasing office people are just watching YouTube videos all day. It takes 10+ phone calls for them to finally get the maintenance guys to show up to only do a mediocre job.
