Marshalls - Center Point, Alabama

I frequent this store and have always had an issue with the sloppy, disorganized mess, but they typically seem understaffed and have good clearance so I keep coming. However, today was incredibly disappointing when I headed toward bedding/wall art, and had to listen to the vulgar music being blasted in the back room. I was mortified that my 3.5 year old had to hear a mixture of f-bombs, the n-word, and much MUCH more as we rushed past that section. It was audible from aisles away as well. Management here obviously has no control over their employees, or just doesn't care.

I've never seen a more disorganized and messy store. The workers were blaring vulgar music from the back, and my cart couldn't make it through most aisles due to the items littering the floor. I shopped for a few minutes, only to place my finds back on the shelves before leaving. The lack of responsibility and respect from the employees was apparent in every corner of the store.

One of the lady managers talks too fast and too much to not even know what she’s talking about. Trying to be a smart alec inadvertently making herself look and sound… quite the opposite.

Nice perfume selection though.

Horrible selection of women's clothing. On the spur of the moment, we decided to go to the casino while we were in Birmingham. I wasn't really dressed for the casino, so I stopped in to purchase a nicer blouse to change into. I usually find really cute things at Marshall's, but this particular store was just a waste of our time.

I love this store. If you want a great deal on clothing or household goods this is a must shop place. The staff has always been helpful and kind.

It is nice place with nice staff but the prices in general is becoming higher based on the inflation happening everywhere. It is good place for small city like Birmingham.

Was a little messier than other Marshall's I've shopped but they had a great selection of designer merchandise & their sales staff were friendly. Quite a few items didn't have price tags. But it was during the holidays so I'll give them a break on all that. I'd shop there again for sure.

I enjoy Marshalls for all kinds of gift ideas and home furnishing fines, yet I don't really purchase much else there like I have in the past.

The designer names no longer seem to exist in the men's department

The staff is very kind and courteous and the store seems somewhat organized.
