Always friendly, prices vary with some stuff being too high but other stuff you find is really cheap. Toys, books, and decorations are usually cheap. Some of the clothes and accessories they seem to be a little overpriced.

Absolutely my favorite place to shop in Russellville. Everyone there is friendly. I almost always walk out buying something. I tend go in once a week.

Was by today dropping so items to donate and some recyclables. The employees came out and picked over what they wanted and left the rest which was not a problem. I had quite a bit of cardboard for recycling and was told it was further down. The employees returned to the store. I pulled down to some bins and started to unload when an assistant store manager came out and explained that the cardboard was around the corner (after we had unloaded over half of it). I was told this very rudely about four times. He then said it was ok and I asked if there was anything else. I was told I didn’t need to argue. I will not donate or purchase from this place nor recommend it.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I have had staff literally try to smack my hand for trying to use a cart that I didn't realize was for "staff only". Was told after spending over $100 that I couldn't walk around with my bag or leave it at the counter while my spouse went to pick up the truck for a dresser we bought. Don't bring small children or bring a stroller because they offer no carts. Prices are higher than most any other thrift in town. They have gone down hill from what I remember, definitely won't be back!

Had a handful of items, had one more row left to look at, 4:45 the employees shut the lights off! I couldn’t see anything. I can see doing that at 4:55 but shutting the lights off 15 min before closing and making it that dark is rude. I put down what I had in my arms because I couldn’t see well enough to do a final check over and left. Very disappointed.

Recently went into the store and was looking at used earrings for a craft project. The earrings were old and crusty and nothing I would ever put in my ears. They wanted 2.50 for them and I asked if they would consider lowering the price since Walmart had new and unused earrings at that price and they refused. Several items in the store were outrageously priced in my opinion. They claim to give jobs to the developmentally disabled but they won’t even pay them minimum wage. Why are items so expensive but you can’t pay minimum wage? Maybe directors should take a pay cut so that you can at least pay them minimum wage!

I’ve donated thousands of dollars worth of items over the last few years but I won’t donate anymore. I feel like Marva is becoming greedy with money on items that they don’t even pay for. Please consider donating elsewhere.
