If you want a good bed , go see Jessica she knows what you’re going to need to get a amazing nights sleep, try out the beds Jessica will explain everything. I have a bad back and just trying out the mattress that I ended up buying for a few minutes helped my back feel better. My wife and I can’t wait for it to be delivered, oh that’s free , I recommend Mattress Firm ask for Jessica she knows her stuff, she definitely needs to be given a raise she valuable to the company. As a returning customer I was very disappointed at their sales techniques and tricks. I had received an out the door price for a display Sealy Queen mattress from the sales manager Kailn.When I called to confirm that I was picking up the queen mattress and asked if it was still there ,Jessica assured me it was. She stated that she spoke to Kalin and confirmed the price given to me okaying the pick up. I had previously informed her that I would be driving down there from a good distance with my trailer and that I wanted reassurance that the mattress was still there. She called me back a few minutes later assuring it was. My sons and I drove down there from Brawley with our trailer only to come in and get a higher price. She stated that the mattress was no longer available and that she had sold it but she had another one for a higher price. When I spoke to Kalin about the situation he displayed no accountability and brushed it off saying it’s first come first serve.Don’t waste your time here the sales team has unethical sales practices and no accountability.
