I bought a Nissan 370z in march 2020 , and I didn’t receive any paperwork of the purchase, they told me that they will send me my papers by email and my other key because they just gave me one with electric key programed but physical ket not cut it and they keep the original one. 4 Years later im still waiting .

Every single word in the response they left to this review is a complete trash lie.
I just posted screen shots for proof, although I'm sure they will delete them by tomorrow morning.
- No condition report was ever sent to me and it is completely irrelevant. If I am the potential buyer and I am not happy with the condition, I'm not buying it. In my opinion the vehicle was in TERRIBLE condition, so I did not purchase it. End of story.
-No refund policy is a BS lie. I would never make a non refundable $1,000 deposit on a used vehicle that i have not seen in person. The screen shots above show proof that I was guaranteed multiple times it was fully refundable if I chose not to purchase.
- They absolutely did not make multiple attempts to contact me. Again in the screen shots it will show that I called and called and left tons of messages trying to get refunded and they would only message back occasionally saying they were taking care of it, BUT NEVER DID.
- The only time they did call me was after I left this review, to threaten me by saying they will not refund me unless I remove the review, which I will not do. This review will remain here to hopefully help someone to not get scammed by these dishonest scum bags.

I told the sales person to please be upfront and honest about condition of the vehicle because I live 13 hours away.
She insisted the vehicle was in excellent condition and only pointed out 1 very minor chip in the paint.
I booked a flight to Miami and when I arrived I was in disbelief that the suv on thier lot was the same vehicle we spoke about two days prior.
It had chips, scratches and dents all over the exterior and rips in the leather. Complete piece of junk.
I refused to test drive it and told them I wanted my refundable $1,000 deposit back.
They insured me that when the sales person i dealt with returned the next day, they would take care of the refund.

(17 days later and still no refund after reaching out multiple times!)

Unfortunately it looks like I will have to take legal action as if they have not already waisted enough of my time and money.

Cyd and everyone here was super helpful in helping me get my car, very easy going and no pressure at all. I stopped responding to all large dealerships once I began working with them because they made everything so easy.

At first the lady said I was approved, so I wanted the ford SUV but then she said I had to choose another vehicle which was a jeep then she said I couldn’t get the jeep, then she changed it to the ford (pictured below) for 4700 down, and it sounded horrible it has over 100k miles. The man said this was a Christmas deal, that I wasn’t gonna get a better deal so I went to car max, and I did get a better deal, the 2nd picture below is a kia sportage and it has a low miles (14k) miles they said if I don’t like it I can come back, they said I can drive it for 10 days if I don’t like it I can get my money back or they could find a vehicle I really like excellent service they don’t take all day, whereas these people lied and told me that they were working on it, that took a couple hours I was there all day didn’t leave till the evening time and the lady was talking to another worker like a kid unprofessional she made me feel bad about my credit, which she doesn’t even know me like that to judge. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they try to sell you a bad one, and the lady was very rude stay away from them

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They are very unprofessional, and ignore your calls and texts messages when asked a simple question. I call the office and they are extremely rude and the lady that I was transferred to transferred me back to the original person who answered the phone. She was talking over me and not listening to what I had to say. She made it seemed like I was the problem, when I was simply frustrated that they were ignoring my calls and texts when I asked about my paper plates that were about to expire. When I called today from a different phone number they actually answered the phone and gave me such a horrible experience. Save your time and stay away from this place. When I told them I didn’t appreciate being ignored the lady acted like I wasn’t reaching out when I had been calling their office number and texting their business cell phone number DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I had been reaching out to this “business” since Friday 10/25/24, no call back, no text back, nothing to keep me informed what was going on with my plates. I call today 10/30/24, from a different phone number and conveniently “the plates just arrived today.” I would have appreciated a call or text back even if the plates were not there yet. It’s the simple fact of keeping your customer informed and not ignoring them. I have screenshots of the text messages with Gustavo, one of their employees, and my call log, when again they “claimed” I had not been reaching out. Save your time, money, and peace of mind and STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
