The employees are friendly but also really immature. Two boys (employees in aprons) vaping, coughing and laughing right outside the front door. Employees inside tripping over tables and dropping things and another employee laughing uncontrollably about it not even 2 feet in front of me.
They always have you drive to the side of the building after you order and 2 times in a row they did not make my food. The second time I had to go inside and figure out what happened, it took all the employees looking at my receipt to figure out what happened.
I did get free fries and the food was fresh since it was never made until I came inside, but I don’t expect to be there for 30 mins for a drive through order or to have to get out of my car.

I cannot say previously that I have had such a wonderful experience at a McDonald's! The staff was so courteous and professional. You have two options to order, either with staff or on an ordering kiosk. We chose the staff, she was very polite, patient and happy! Our order came out, we began to eat, when another staff member came over to ask us if we needed anything, smiling and polite. My husband went to get a drink, and another patron told him " I hope you have a fabulous life". What a wonderful experience, for us just passing through on our way to Arizona!

When traveling for business you tend to stop at McDonald's because of the fast service, the convenience to do some work and charge your computer and you get to exit your vehicle.

All of the wall plugs were covered so I couldn't charge my computer to keep doing work.

Cold fries, and I mean cold!

Needs a little bit more attention when it comes to cleaning the main food service area and the restrooms.

Restaurant looked great however service was terrible! I waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a coffee ☕️. AFTER waiting 20 mins for the sandwich and no coffee, I requested help. All 5 of the employees looked like they didn't deal with customers. Eventually someone came to assist me, said she'd get my coffee, went to pour and the machine was empty. Good ? grief!!!! I then asked for a cup to get a regular drink. That was provided, but not before the man who was waiting before I arrived patted me on the shoulder and said, "good luck". Next time I'll go to Burger King next door

Every single time we come to this McDonald's, the wait is unreasonably long, even when there are no other cars in the drive-thru, and there is almost always a problem with the drinks we order. They're either out of something or cleaning the machines in the middle of the day. The fries are often old or too greasy too. Never a /terrible/ experience, but never a great one either.

On Sunday 10.13.24 I came to have breakfast. I placed my own order in the screen and a receipt didn't come out. I told the cashier an older lady up in the front & she had a face like she didn't want to be there. You need to go home if you don't feel like working. She told me my balance and I told her well aren't the sausage mcmuffins 2 for $5. Well she ran my card before we could fix the problem. I asked for a manager & she 1st stated she was busy, the manager is expediting the orders right in front of me. She had that attitude I don't want to do it but she went over & let the young manager know. When the young manager came over I explained that my bill was a little over $17 and I was charged full price for 2 sausage mcmuffins. She at 1st didn't want to give me my $ of the difference. She kept saying it was the same
Price. No its not the same price. If I get what I ordered and the sausage mcmuffins 2 for $5 it will only be $11. After her arguing that she couldn't give me my $ back and I wanted a full refund she went over and gave me the difference. But you know what she did. There was a customer at the register and the customer asked her how was her day. The manager said its been busy, employees calling off and crazy with customers. What does that mean? Crazy with customers!! I'm a manager & you should never talk about your customers.

25 mins to wait for a hamburger and fries and then the shift manager Jaclynn decided to serve a friend before me and then informs me they’re out of fries and I’ll have to wait 10 more mins before I get served. I asked why did you serve two people that ordered at least 5 mins after me. She was very rude and matter of fact, I stated I would be doing the survey and making sure that corp knows. She actually giggled at me! The lack of respect is horrible!! Of course she didn’t give the full refund (my fault, I should have checked) Shame on you!

Stay away. Stopped in and used the kiosk to order a couple of breakfast oatmeals. Paid, waited 10 minutes and someone finally came out and said they no longer had oatmeal. It was still on the menu and the employee said I guess we should take it off. No kidding ya think. So I asked for a refund and she said she cant give me my $9.50 back, Ill have to talk to a manager. AYKM. Just got a mc whatever and got the hell out. Bathrooms were dirty also. By the way, I never post negative reviews but this was a joke.
