Used to live in McKinleyville. Pretty much the same except for the playground is gone and no donut shop. But glad it still exists.

Has a tall totem pole, claims it is the world's tallest. I don't know about that, but it is tall,160 feet! I am not sure it is a Native American carved totem pole or just a stylized version or copy. I would think if authentic Native it would say so on the fact board. Still impressive, though. 500 year old tree, wow

The safeway is good enough. The parking lot is HORRENDOUS! It's bone jarring to push a cart across it. It makes me feel ghetto after a nice shopping trip.

It is a great place to visit and not extremely touristy but there is a variety of some good antique shops and a few good restaurants as well

Nice neighborhood clean location local strip mall... postal service, deli sandwich, delicious pizza, coffee shop, family owned pharmacy and gift shop..cute little second hand store around the back side of this shopping center which supports a local animal rescue.. sorry if I missed someone...new to the neighborhood and that's why I'm so amazed at McKinleyville Shopping Center!! It's awesome McKinleyville is awesome ♥️
