Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel an online purchase within 24 hours. Took them 3 days to reply to my request only to tell me no. Shipped me the handbag and it’s the wrong color. Not the color that was advertised. See photos of what was advertised (dark chocolate brown) vs what I received. I’m so disappointed. Buyer beware!

Finally made my way over to McMullen and it exceeded my expectations! The store is truely stunning, everywhere you turn phenomenal taste. We came over to get a dress for my mom for my wedding and the ladies picked out some wonderful pieces I never would have thought she’d try on, exceptional service. I couldn’t believe have much inventory they had, we could have been there all day and left with a whole new fall and special occasion wardrobe. Feels like I finally have a place to shop in person in the Bay Area again, can’t wait to go back!
