Bishop is my home town, and I enjoyed many years of superior quality meat and fast no-nonsense service growing up. Any time I visit family or friends in the area, I stop in. The quality vastly differs from what is available in the central coast where I live now, and the difference in price minimal. Mike, Alejandro, and the guys have always taken good care of me with special requests, and their sausage is the absolute best I have ever had. And try the pickles! That's the taste of my childhood, just thinking about them makes me homesick.
