Having been to Mecato’s Bakery and Café before, I knew I was in for a treat, but this time felt extra special as I decided to take a moment to review it. I enjoyed a simple yet satisfying coffee paired with a delicious ham and cheese sandwich, all while sharing the experience with my mom.

What a beautiful bakery, this cafe has lattes and signature drinks Frappuccino‘s, they have a nice selection of bakery items as well. I ordered the breakfast croissant with a Carmel iced latte . The food was great. The ambience is nice , very busy location . Would recommend

Food and service are amazing! Their coffee is the best in town if you like strong coffee. Have been multiple times in and have never been disappointed. Love their Colombian empanadas and the mallorcas (ham and cheese sandwich sprinkled with powdered sugar). The quesitos and guava/cheese pastries are delicious 😋! Prices are very reasonable!

I am from Baltimore MD and visit Orlando a few times a year! I cannot say enough positive things about this amazing place. Mildred is the manager and she always Has a positive attitude and so too the employees. When I am here I come every day (im not joking) its apart of my routine. Cheaper than Starbucks but in a leugue of its own!

Great place to have coffee and get some colombian pastries and fast food. The service is friendly, the music selection is great, They don't play reggeaton on a loop like most Latin places. They play great rock in Spanish which many of us grew up with. All in all, this is a great spot, albeit not cheap but not unreasonable for what you get.

The food is delicious. Empanadas were light and crisp with a tasty filling. The rolls were perfection - soft inside, rich and light at the same time, nice crust - very satisfying. I got one of their salads and it was fresh and healthy with so many flavors and well combined/proportioned toppings. I am glad I got a couple extra rolls - we had a long trip home to Nevada and the rolls were just as delicious the next day. Service folks are so kind and go out of their way to be responsive and helpful. I highly recommend- they are a gem of a place. Wish we lived closer and could go regularly!

Ordered one bavarois cone (tornillo), dulce de leche pastry and four beef empanadas. Everything was tasty and seasoned well. The employees work very hard to maintain the quality of their food and service. I thought everything was reasonably priced given the year of late 2024. We went for breakfast. It had quite a cozy setup and layout of the tables and chairs.

I regularly buy their cakes and they are fantastic! The chocolate cake is just incredible and is always a hit when I bring it to Poker. I’ve had a few of the other cakes and they are also very good. They have a wide variety of cakes, which is also very nice. I also like the fact that they will do same-day orders, where I order in the morning and pick it up at like 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Definitely recommend their cakes.
