When my wife suffered a serious accident and broke both her wrists, we suddenly needed a hospital bed at home. Chad at Medical Department Store was incredibly responsive and understanding of our situation, and with his help, we had the bed delivered the very next day. The delivery team, G. Hernandez and Javier Guillermo, were excellent—they set up the bed quickly, explained everything thoroughly, and were super courteous and pleasant. It really helped make a tough situation easier.

A few days later, my wife wasn’t fully comfortable in the hospital bed, so we decided to invest in an adjustable bed we could use long-term. I reached out to Chad again to see if he’d consider swapping out the bed for a power recliner that my wife would also need during her recovery. Chad was more than accommodating and arranged for the recliner to be delivered two days later, again by the same delivery team. Hernandez and Guillermo set up the chair with the same level of care and professionalism as before.

If you have any needs for home medical equipment, I can’t recommend the team at Medical Department Store enough. Their service was prompt, considerate, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. Thank you, MDS, for making a challenging time a little easier!

I went in for a knee brace. She got down on the floor to help me slide it on and place it correctly! They both answered questions, were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. A rare and much appreciated 'hat trick' in customer service these days! (Silly me, I didn't write down their names and my memory fails me.)

Our service and interaction with Chad was terrific. He answered all of our questions about an oxygen concentrator, had it waiting for us at our vacation rental and worked with us to make sure that we had the proper attachments. All businesses should have an employee like Chad.
