I went into the store to tightened a couple screws on my Patient's walker which was purchased there, after waiting a short while, I was told to come back some other time, shortly after my patient daughter went in and it was taken care of in less than thirty seconds. We all were disappointed and upset to say the least. Is that good customer service? Personally, I don't think so.

Mandy is nothing short of an Angel. When hospitals had no idea what they were doing Mandy walked me through every detail to get my mom home after a stroke. She made sure the orders were correct (after the hospital could not get them right) and had all equipment up and running at my home. Throughout the 4.5 years I cared for my mom, they serviced any equipment issues and truly made it possible for me to care for my mom. Michael who came to my home and fixed my moms bed a few times (along with Lou and another gentleman) were so sweet to my mom - I will never have words for the true heart they all bring to their job. Thank you for making a hard journey, a little brighter. My mom loved your staff, they always made her smile. Again - amazing company and people.

Must have been a busy day. They had the wheelchair I needed but the guy appeared to be in a hurry. Not much for talk but he did show me how the chair worked. Mission accomplished. My friend got a nice chair.

I received such personal, caring and efficient service from the staff in this store. I reserved an item (which was the last one)but wasn't able to get to pick it up until later in the afternoon. Someone else came in before me wanting to buy the item. Even though the staff stood the risk that I'd not make it in, they kept their word and it was waiting for me when I got there. wonderful service

I had the most perfect experience here at Medical Depot, when I rode here in my medical scooter. I needed new inner tubes for the vehicle. Lou ordered the 3 items and I reurned a few days later for the installation. John, the technician completed the work in about an hour. The staff did everything in their power to satisfy you and couldn't be more caring. I also was pleasantly surprised that the charges for the work were more than fair.
