I purchaes a tuxedo rental for my sisters wedding before covid hit. The owner would not refund me the cash, but gave me her word that after covid we could still get the tuxedo since it was already paid for. I called her because my sisters wedding is next month....she said that it'd been too long and that she lost all receipts. This is very wrong to keep peoples money, she should have just refunded the money from the beginning. This is very wrong.

I went to look for a black formal dress and they were able to help me- It needed some work to make it fit and look presentable they had a solution to make the dress fit!They added a corset on the back but when I picked it up they in my opinion over charged $49.00 - one person said $39.00 and the other that seemed to be the owner said $49.00 No reason for that Customer Service is a big thing for people to recommend them and come back again🤔I most likely won't.......

I went for a tuxedo rental for prom literally two days before prom, and they got me set up with a fitting tux for prom, The lady is super nice, 10/10 would recommend
