Melbourne Shopping Center is a strip mall with 210,043 square feet of retail property in Brevard County at the corner of S Babcock St & E Hibiscus Blvd in Melbourne.

Businesses in the center include Bealls Outlet, Big Lots, Club 4Fitness, Dollar Tree, Firestone, Publix, Shoe Show Mega Store, SunTrust Bank, and my destination, the Indian River Antique Mall. There is also a barber shop, nail and spa, liquor store, laundromat, and uniform mart.

I loved my visit to the antique mall which was a great find but even aside from that, this strip mall has a lot of useful every day stores and services people depend on. Everything was nicely maintained and there was plenty of parking. The only places to eat are the Bagel World Cafe, El Indio Mexican, and Rudy's Asian Taste. There are a few spots for lease and it would be great to add a couple of take out food places but other than that it is a great mall.

Great clean Shopping Center w ith ample parking and easy walk from store to store. We visit Indian River Antique Mall to the right of Publix. It's a 20,000 square feet store filled with Vintage, furniture, antique, decor, art, vinyl records, shabby chic, mid-century modern, and other unique treasures...

This is in a convenient location there's a variety of stores in the plaza. It's easy to find parking. I really only go to Publix and there's a Big lots there. I do see other stores in the shopping center and I believe there might be a gym there as well. Other than that it seems clean and safe so no issues.

Plenty of parking and stores of all kinds to choose from. Restaurants and theaters are located nearby, too. Homeless people are always around looking for handouts or opportunities. No security whatsoever. Always practice spatial awareness for your own safety.

Still has a lot of crazy homeless people around hanging out & harassing people for $$ so they could buy booze or drugs. & They need to upgrade the parking lot with multiple cameras and more security people.
