This Store has a good prices and very good customer service and employees are very helpful always. I have only good experiences with employees and different persons who are attending in customer services. Love to have some money back in Rebates that later I use to buy some of things I use in home and they have a good variety of items like tools, furniture, cabinets, appliances, paint, wood, fences, brick and items to remodeling and specially during spring love to come to Garden center and get some flowers for better price than other similar stores and great variety of plants🌹🌷⚘🌻🌸🌺🌼💐🌾🌴🌳🌵🌲💸💳📬💰🛠⚒⛏🔨🔩🔧🧰🛁🚽🚪🛏🛋🚿🛒

Today Luis just loaded my car. I have injured my back and needed assistance with bags of bird feed.

Luis was polite, asked where I wanted the merchandise placed in my vehicle, and did a superb job loading everything. I really appreciate the help your employees, like Luis, have provided.

You have a gem in your employee named Jovanny. He's a dynamic representative for my local Menards. He is friendly and polite, dedicated to the task at hand. He has assisted me with unloading my purchases into my car on more than one occasion. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful young man.

Purchased a (TRU BOLT KEYLESS ENTRY) for a customer , could not make it work and wasted a couple hours messing with it -- Then called the Helpline in the instructions ( which it said to do before returning to store ) Called several times and kept getting message that due to high call volume they could not answer my call today -- Went back in to the Gurnee store and wanted a different lock or some compensation -- Was denied -- they do not care about customers, even contractors like myself who spend thousands there each year -- Went to Home depot and bought a lock there -- had it on and programmed in 15 minutes --- HOME DEPOT IT IS FROM NOW ON

No doubt Menards has excellent customer service! Went in today purchase an exterior door and I had one employee help me haul and another kind enough to help me load it onto my vehicle. Having recently a bad experience at another home improvement store I can’t express how much I appreciate this!!!
