I went there and bought 24 bags of concrete paid and getting ready to show my receipt to the gate worker he said that wasn't his job. Made me feel like I was begging to get my items checked from receipt for proof of purchase. I went back the next day to get more concrete same thing happened just feel like the yard customer service is horrible not friendly and always say that's not my Jon. When i need items from the yard it makes me second guess my decision to go here or make the 30 min drive to ukiah home depot or freedmans. People say stay local but why stay local when local isn't friendly or well priced.

Terrible manager was told when we bought a part we had 90days to return it if there was any problems. The part we bought was wrong so it was never even used. Manager said they would not take it back so now I’m stuck with a part I haven’t and can’t ever use. I’ll never come back

Computers and credit card machines CRASH ALL THE TIME. Employees are lazy and don't know where alot of items are located, and the management is a bunch of idiots.

Outrageously overpriced. I understand a couple dollars more for convenience. But the hikes here are insane. Small PVC glue 5$ more a can, weed eater string 20$ more for commercial roll. Would much rather support local than order off Amazon or waste time driving over the hill but I avoid this place like the plague. Instead of being bombarded left and right by people who don’t know what they’re talking about have half the employees in aisles, one more person on a register and more affordable prices. Business model here is insane. Always a line at the register with one person working and 10 employees gossiping in the aisle lol

I stopped by today to buy a tray for a large planter. I didn't want to buy a soft plastic tray and asked an employee for an alternative, citing environmental problems with the soft plastic. He went out of his way to brain storm with me for alternatives, which we found in a galvanized metal feed tray. I so appreciate stores that encourage their employees to work with their customers. This was a great experience.

The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. We had a list of items we needed and there were multiple employees who led us to every single item and showed us multiple choices. This is my first choice when shopping for projects. Thank you Mendo Mill!!!

Great customer service! They have tons of tools/power tools and hardware. They have every color paint you could think of and can match colors with a paint sample! lots of lumber! Anything you need for a project they will more than likely have! They also have lots of things for dogs, cats and tons of bird feeders and seed. Great place to shop!
