We had an amazing experience picking up the suit we had rented for our 10 year wedding anniversary celebration. We had ordered the suit in our hometown in southern Alabama for pick up in Monterey and the suit arrived on time and was the correct size. The staff here was so friendly, helpful, and overall a pleasure to work with.

Awesome experience, we flew into Monterey for a wedding, sadly the airlines lost my hubby's luggage and suit! We shot over to men's warehouse in hopes we could do a rental, sadly they did not do same day rentals. Then our hero Cole, stepped up to help us out! He found a suit on clearance in my husband's size with such a quickness. Made sure everything fit, rushed in a tailoring order for his pants and just made everything so easy. Such a stress free and amazing experience, after such a stressful ordeal this was such a relief to get in and out so quickly! Thank you again Cole, it worked out so well.

I rented a Tuxedo for Mry Daughters wedding. It was tailored to perfection and ready on time . The customer service was great which made the whole process go very smoothly. I would recommend Mens Wherehouse to anyone.

Only giving Five stars so it's seen. Horrible customer service, I was given glares when I walked in with my mom. When we went to try something on, we asked what dressing room was open, I went inside the room they told me to and while I was in there a worker tried to open the door even after my mom said I was in there. The worker then followed my mom around the store, trying to talk to her more. When we talked to the manager, he brushed it off saying "it must have just been a mix-up, and things happen like this all the time" while he wasn't even making eye contact with my mom. The store is not big so he could obviously see and hear the situation, I'm not sure why we were treated this way, if it was because of our race than maybe there is a bigger problem with the people working the store.

Refuses to accept payment except in person. No online or over the phone option.

Refuses to allow their Canadian affiliate to do any of this on their behalf. Who they won't talk to directly needing me as a go-between.

I do not no recommend Men's Wearhouse. Went yesterday 05/05/2022 to look for my son's first communion suit. I was in line to be assisted and was ignored by one of the employees. When to someone else to ask for help and this person told me in what area I might find the suits I was looking for and that he would help me shortly. He never came to assist us even when he wasn't doing anything. My husband and I searched for my son's suit ones we found some possibilities we wanted my son to try them on. So, since I saw two of the employees just starring and doing nothing I asked if my son could try the suits on and thay said yes. So we waited for a dressing room to be avaliable. Until that moment no one had asked us if we needed help. They actually ignored us the hole time we were there. I felt discriminated and ignored the hole time. When it came to time to purchase the suit the girl behind the counter ignored us as if we weren't there. I raised my voice and asked her to please assist us because we wanted to purchase the suit. So she did. And she didn't even say thank you. It will be last time we will be going to Men' Wearhouse in Monterey. I do not recommend it to anyone. They have bad service.

Although most people would not consider it to be a high-end clothier shop, it does offer reasonably affordable suits and other such men's clothing for those of us who rarely have to step into such finer clothing. What has always sold me on Men's Warehouse is the fact that I can go into any store location anywhere that they exist and have them fix something that I purchased it some other Men's Warehouse location.

This place is a joke! A salesmen by the name of David tried to sell me a used suit and to top it off it was damaged. When I was being helped by David he told me my coat was not available and that it had to be ordered. Once the order was placed I started to drive home. 30 minutes into my drive David calls me to tell me he found one in the back and overlooked it. Once I arrived I tried it on and was about to buy it, but then I noticed it was used. When I asked David he said it wasn’t used and made the comment “well you drove back over”. Then told me it was used. He didn’t even offer a discount or apology for the inconvenience. Be careful if you go to this place. I’m going to make a formal complaint.
