I called to ask a question of how much a part was and the person(Paul) would not give me a price. They even went on and on about being in the business sooo long and said they would recommend that I bring the car into the shop to make sure I know which part. Bonus… they told me they would call me back with the part price and they did call but no price with the same old news. I ended up calling Autozone and they have them in stock for 158.00 per strut. If it was under warranty the guy should have said that was the reasoning for the dramatics because I know which type of strut it is. Also I gave them the VIN which should have brought up in system which specific struts. I’ve called parts places all over the country for about 20 years now and this is the first place that can not produce a price for a part because they need to look at it.? Not today. Time wasting. Unless I use AI in a male voice?
