Imagine going to the shop because of transmission issues. Only to get your truck back with the same issues you brought it in to be repaired. Owner operator's stay the hell away from this place. They do extremely sloppy work. I'm saying that from experience because this isn't my first time coming to this shop. They managed to charge $1600 to hook up a computer and click a few buttons. When someone says that they're having transmission problems, you leave no stone unturned. These people wasted my time and money. Unacceptable!

The Guys at the Adairsville location Have done a great job taking care of the repairs on my T880. So much so that when it came time to replace my truck, I bought another T880! Thank Guys!

I recently had a job completed there a few weeks ago. They charged me $240 per hour for an 11-12 hour job. They did not let my driver know the cost prior to fixing my truck, nor did they inform him that they did not accept American Express, which is the company that I use for business. Management did not make any exceptions whatsoever.

The $2,500 job did not even fix the problem that we had and when I emailed the store for a phone call, I did not even receive a call. Find another shop, preferably a small business, to fix your truck/s.

We had a truck go down with a bad radiator. I dealt with Austin in the service dept. for this repair. Austin made this as painless as these situations can be. He got everything lined up for the next day. They started pulling the bad radiator out of the truck first thing the following morning. So when the new radiator arrived they could start reassembling the truck right away. Austin said if everything went as planned. They should have us back on the road early the following afternoon. And that is exactly what they did. I just want to thank Austin and his crew at MHC Kenworth. They did an outstanding job for us. We are still going to make our scheduled delivery on time. I highly recommend MHC Kenworth of Adairsville.
