Update: After a long time, this has been resolved and they sent back a new one.

I bought a bracelet and a stone fell out in 2 days. After a few days of back and forth on how to exchange it (I had to pay return shipping), I sent it back. It took a few weeks to get the replacement and when it came, it was the same broken one!
