Miami Reptile is absolutely amazing! Ray and Nathan went above and beyond to help my family as my two kids bought their first bearded dragons. The day before our purchase, Ray was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and ensuring we were well-prepared for this new adventure. The next day, Nathan assisted us with the purchase, and his kindness and patience made the experience even better.

Since then, my kids love visiting the store to buy food and interact with the animals. The staff is always welcoming, and the environment is perfect for anyone interested in reptiles. Ray and Nathan’s passion for what they do really shines through, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they provide.

We’re also hoping my son might get a chance to volunteer here in the future—it would be a dream come true for him! Thank you, Miami Reptile, for creating such a wonderful place for families and animal lovers!

Absolutely Amazing! The service is SO good, there is almost everything you may need, the prices are very good, the reptiles are treated super well, and the staff are very knowledgeable about the reptiles. My son just turned 14 and the 2 staff members who were there were giving recommendations, answering any questions he had, and being very patient when he wasn’t able to decide, they even gave us a discount because it was his birthday! 10/10 would recommend to anybody who loves reptiles and wants to go to a store that has great knowledge and knows what they’re doing! Only complaint is that they’re not closer to us!

Staff is always very helpful and extremely friendly. I'm always greeted when I enter and all of my questions are always answered to the best of their ability. Never feel as if any interaction is rushed even when they're busy on a weekend day close to closing time and their happens to be 10+ ppl in the store as well. Just wanted to throw in there they have very reasonable pricing on animals. Highly recommend this place to all reptile enthusiast in the area!
