I give 5 stars to this Michael Kors location specifically due to not only the solidity and quality of Michael Kors, but the consistent matter of care from Jessica. I walked in wanting, and purchasing a new watch. Not only did they have the watch in stock that I wanted, but gave no dirty looks. The staff sized it for my wrist within 10 minutes ensuring attentive care. Jessica is so sweet, and professional. If you’re considering Michael Kors, consider because they hold a superiority over any other comps. Thank You.

(Side Note: this location is clean, without strong fragrance or smelly odors.)

MK @ Palm Beach Lakes Outlet has always been one of my favorite places to shop. Today, that experience has ended.

As a Red Carpet MK Member for YEARS, Manager Dawn needs to go back into customer-centric training. It’s not just the words but “HOW” you address and manage a situation. Your rude, dismissive and disrespectful behavior lost a customer which I’m sure does not matter to you.

Hopefully, someone in MK Guest Relations sees this review and care enough to reach out to understand the full details.

Horrible customer service! They only wait on people who are dressed classy! I went in to buy 5 pairs of Shoes/Boots and no one would help me. I stood there for 20 minutes but nope I wasn't dressed well enough for anyone to help me. I finally decided to leave and it was as I was headed to the door did an employee see my expensive purse did she ask if I needed help finding something. I just kept walking and I heard her say "Guess Not". My advice is to stay away from this Outlet Store. If you want help dress up or they ignore you! They missed out on me spending my money because I didn't dress up enough for them.
