I would normally give this store high marks, not today. I've been crafting for nearly 50 years, avid Michael's shopper online and in store, pro at grab box situation.
Today I had a cashier try to force me to use self check out. 3rd time, I politely declined, she pushed to the point I had to assertively tell her I do not participate.
You may want to rethink how you handle customers, this lost me as a customer. When you roll your eyes at a loyal customer's wishes, that tells me Herrschner, Hobby Lobby and JoAnn's are better suited for me.

Craft stores are always the best! When something is on sale, it’s a good price; if not, defffffinitely overpriced, but still happy to have it as an option! Do wish their restrooms were always open during all business hours, but oh well. Good hours, always kept clean ?

I had some SIGNED Phoenix Suns basketball cards that I got back in the late 80s early 90s when our family used to go to Suns games. I have been toting these things around for the better part of 30 years, sitting in a dark box in a storage unit. Finally decided it was time to do something with these. Took them to Michaels and had a framed, hangable display made for my Mother, for Christmas. It turned out awesome. Bill in the framing department is a master craftsman!!!! Was very pleased with the outcome. 5 ⭐.

Stopped in today for Christmas decorations. Lots of things are on sale and the shelves are still stocked with most things. I was able to.buy what I came for.
My experience with the online coupons has been that there are many exclusions, so they often aren't accepted.
Parking is good. The store has separate parking from the Walmart next door.
The store was not crowded, but the lines were fairly long. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. There was space for more cashiers, but only two checkouts were working. I would expect that more checkouts would be open during the run-up to Christmas. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Went to get an easel. They had a fantastic selection, and all half price. Two clerks then helped me look for paint by numbers (which they didnt have) but they showed me other items that my daughter would love. And I had a 40% off coupon. At the check out I was given a free Christmas elf. Nice experience all around.

Rude employees and it disgusts me. I was at Michaels shopping with my daughter and we noticed that it was time for closing so we decided to go to check out and leave. Upon getting to check out, I was blocked by an employee, informed that the store was closed and told that I needed to leave immediately. I was in the store long before closing and I still had a few minutes before closing as I was waiting in line. They refused to help me and told me to come back another day. The employee would not move and stood in front of me with arms crossed as if he scares me. The only person who is scared was my daughter. As if losing her dad recently wasn't traumatizing enough. I was disgusted and embarrassed for Michaels in general. What a shame. I would stay far away from here. It is not worth it at all.

Found exactly what we needed. This store is awesome! Store is clean and well organized. Lots of merchandise on the shelves.
My best advice is to give yourself extra time as there is a lot to see.
