The man who helped me was incredibly nice and he showed me exactly the problem with my breaks and how to check in the future to prevent this. I expected the price to be way more expensive for new rotors and pads, but the total was only $530. Compared to other places it was way better and was more cost effective. Would go there again for a problem similar and probably will for my next oil change.

Went there for an oil change. I had a 1pm appt. and they took me right away. I was in and out in 45 minutes. This is a full service shop. Very impressed by their service. No one tried to upsell me as many quick lube and oil places do. They mentioned I would need an air cleaner the next time, which is probably true. I'm addition, they offered the best oil change price around: $69.99 for full synthetic. I'm definitely going beak.

Nov. 30 2023 @ 11:55am called Diamond Bar location regarding a set of 4 tires. I understand the promotion was (buy 2 get 2 free with installation and an alignment) I wanted to know the price for a set of 4 tires and installation with disposal fee to bring in only (4 tires on rims to be replaced) meaning “I pull up and unload 4 tires that are bad on rims to be replaced” I can’t drive the vehicle that has flat damaged tires there so he stated he can’t sell me the tires. I’ve attached pictures of the vehicle I’m dealing with. “Sure I’ll drive it there on rim” AS A TECHNICIAN MIDAS CHECK YOUR STAFF THEYRE GOING TO COST YOU MONEY AND CUSTOMERS. I was willing to pay for whatever to get the tires put on regardless 300 or 1000 for tires today and you failed.
P.S. this owner of the vehicle does not own a spare

Great service. Dropped me off and picked me up when car was ready in Diamond Bar. Others do not do that, which was one of my concerns. Reasonable price. Had brake work done. Will go back for other services. Tintin the manager, very knowledgeable, explained everything and courteous. Will go for other services. Price was reasonable based on what had to be done

Don’t bring your car near if you’re a female/ young woman. First of all, The man’s voice on the phone simply irks at the sound of a woman. Second of all they’ll charge the crap out of you and not fix your car. I brought my car in coming up on 90k miles for a tune up as it was shaking and vibrating at red lights. Common indication that the coils are burnt. They claimed that they changed all 4 plugs but almost 5k miles later I have the shaking problem again. They didn’t specify on the receipt and when I called to asked if the coils were changed (I already knew the answer )He just said “well it’s a given when changing the spark plugs so obviously it comes with it” like I’m some sort of idiot. usually mechanics specify coils and plugs as separate charges as they are different parts in general. Thanks for taking my money and butt poking me in the process.

This is my go to Midas! Service is always awesome. Owner is super friendly. Brought my truck in for maintenance such as brakes, battery swap, tune up and plus changes. Highly recommend this shop.
