My Kitchen Aid refrigerator was icing up so I called Mike's Appliances to make an appointment. This was my first time using Mikes, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful and book an appointment with a technician for a few days later.
Albert was friendly, supportive and efficient. After a short conversation he quickly began working on the freezer unit, isolated the problem and rectified it. I appreciated him explaining what he perceived the problem to be and sharing how he was going to fix it.
I am very satisfied with the courtesy and professional manner that was taken to service my refrigerator. I definitely will be calling Mikes Appliances when I have more appliance servicing needs.

My first experience at Mikes Appliances after my local appliance store closed down.
Store employees were very friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all, which I appreciate.
Darren was the technician and he turned up exactly on time. He took great care not to bang walls and also to protect our wooden floors. He also cleaned up any mess.

I just had a visit from Mike’s Appliances to my house to look at my refrigerator. Albert came and found the problem and fixed it right away. He checked the rest of the system and all looked good. We were very relieved to know that the problem was easily solved by a professional.
