Everything is right there in front of you.
The staff is right there to help you.

I'd used red energy light for my kitchen fixtures. This dyed the globe. I'd washed and soak and scrubbed for days and sometimes over night using vinegar, baking soda, bleach, Ajax, but once I'd used them all together it was disappearing. But not gone still leaving light pink color. Visiting the Miller hardware I was saved. Spent $17 worthy, instead of loosing a chunk of my deposit for globes. I bought a mini size acetone container with a soft scrubber it pulled the wall paint up quick, ( yes I was desperate and end up painting the insides previously) like a Polish remover for finger nails. However, the frost spray made it back new again like nothing ever happened. I'd past inspection, so I can move at peace and await out deposit to move elsewhere.. THANK YOU🌟 I also experience a year ago my exercise old iron hand weights 15pds Rusty and cracked etc. I purchased black spray that turns into rubber?! It works also and now I can keep my weights after all. I did add glitter🧚🏾‍♀️

A guy who works in the store sold me the wrong product and assured me "this is what you want." I put it on my wall to do some caulking. But it wasn't caulk. When I placed it on my wall,
it was a mess. It was a sealant, not caulk. After 24 hrs. it's still wet and sticky and shiny. I returned it and they gave me my money back. I have to buy a quart of primer from Sherwin Williams to try to repair it. I asked "Bob", the manager if they would pay for the primer. It's $27.99. He got angry and said
"no, people make mistakes." The problem is that he will not take responsibility for the mistake that was made. He was very rude when I asked him this question. He raised his voice and then walked away. He did not care about me, as a customer.
And there are two women who work the cash register. In all my years of giving them my business, not one of these women has ever said "hello, how are you" etc. They never once have smiled.
They have lost my business.

Wanted to buy a door mat. They had a sign that read “17x30 grass mats, Buy two, get one free.” But they wouldn’t honor it at the register. Said it the Wrong mat, even though it was a 17x30 grass mat stacked with all the other ones. Seemed capricious as of she made it up on the spot. Pretty lame . So I went Amazon.

Love this hardware shop... They have it all. You can get almost anything... from gardening needs, needs for the home and home improvement/decor, as well as some unique toys. I had my battery changed from my automobile key fob. It took at most five minutes for the whole transaction. Great people, good pricing, and unique inventory. Highly recommended.

Customers service extends outside your building; If you’re driving a company car, please remember you still represent your company. The individual driving the company vehicle was screaming profanities out the window at traffic. It may have been a stressful situation downtown, but keep in mind, people are watching.

Very helpful staff. When my non-technical friend went in and said to the clerk, "I need a screw for a TV but I don't know what size" he didn't blink, found and sold us a couple options, one of which worked perfectly and did it with cheer.
