The owners Sam and Sonny have taught me so much from their vast knowledge and it has really grown my own passion for lapidary, jewelry making, and geology. The shop kitties Ruby and Pearl are an added bonus, and a stunning faceted tourmaline ring I got from the shop that was made by Joel! I also have another ring from Sonny, so many compliments on that one as well.

This place is so AMAZING!

I live finding shops that sell lot's of crystals I haven't worked with before. I make copper and crystal jewelry. I Ike to find uncommon crystals to wrap instead of the popular ones that everyone knows.

I found sever new to me crystals here and that just made my day!

The staff was team was soooo helpful and knowledgable. The owner took time out to speak with me and share her knowledge.

We eleven got a tour of the fluorescent room. So cool!

I will most definitely br back.

I gave the artist total and complete artistic freedom to create two of these beautiful pieces of jewelry and she went above and beyond my expectations. Not only am I impressed with her artistic eye I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service. From the beginning ordering the jewelry to the finished product was very timely extremely professional and most importantly affordable. This is my favorite rock and mineral shop I’ve ever been to. Sunny and Sam are genuinely warm humans. The shop is so much fun to peruse. It’s worth a visit just to look around, though it’s hard to leave empty handed as there is something here for everyone. They have all stages from raw minerals, some that they have minded themselves, to artfully finished handmade jewelry. What a special place!

I am so happy that I found this shop. In my first shopping here I purchased a handmade, silver necklace and a few crystals. The second time I took my stones and crystals to the store and requested a custom design. Sonny is a beautiful person and an amazing artist. I asked her to sculpt a guardian snake made by silver to keep my beloved amethyst. She did a wonderful job and I love it. Great customer service and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place if you are a crystal lover or interested in handmade jewelry.

I love this shop. The people are very friendly and helpful. They have an amazing UV room and a lot of the items are from local areas. I was given a tour of the shop and the staff clearly takes pride in where they work and what they do. I am just getting into rock hounding and tumbling and the staff is very helpful in developing this hobby and have all the tools and equipment available for purchase. I was looking for someone to work up a custom item for me and was able to have this done by working with someone from the shop. Highly recommend.

I have had two wonderful experiences with Miner’s Rock Shop. The first request I had was to make two bracelets and one necklace for my sons, daughter-in-law to commemorate the birth of their twins, one of whom passed away the next day.
Sonny made them of sterling and leather, my DIL’s with a silver chain. The care and love she put into them was unparalleled.
The second was taking a pair of my mother’s old screw back turquoise earrings and converting them to posts. Beautiful job and fast, even with shipping time!
Will use Miner’s Rock Shop exclusively in the future.

I had such a great experience going through the shelves, and even got a tour of their workshop in the back of the store. Can't recommend this place enough for any rock hound or enthusiast.
