I had been working with a general contractor and Mobile Home Depot in Palmetto. I placed an order for 5 custom windows, double hung, 3 of which were to be mulled together. Price was given for each set of windows, (two different prices at one time but were corrected) paid in full. Windows arrived sized incorrectly. I immediately notified the manager who insisted that the error was on my contractor and there was nothing he could do. Told me try to sell them maybe on Facebook but that I would have to eat the cost myself. Well after several attempts to have someone from their corporate office contact me or the contractor, I am coming here. I have yet to hear from anyone and I’m not going to let this matter go. I didn’t want a refund, just wanted my windows made correctly. But after a few months I’m now sick to my stomach about this whole thing. I just want my money so that I can move on and get my windows done right.

i love mobile home depot ,with my handyman buisness its one of my go to places ,i have been dealing with the sebring location for about ten years , i was sad when the old location burnt down ,the new location is wonderful ! only peoblem i have is recently they changed managers and the new manager ,she is rude, incompitent and nasty to her customers! the rest of the employees there wich are pretty new too are a pleasure! im going to drive the extra thirty minutes north to the lake wales location so i dont have to deal with her . its a real shame ,she is in the wrong buisness!

Was at Home Depot last week April 9th (Melbourne store)and was sitting in my car when grass crew came by with "edger"trimming around curbs & sidewalks. The machinery was hitting the cement and throwing chunks of stone against my car and "many"other cars causing MAJOR damage to all. Thank god I was still in my car. (All other car owners received damage unknown to them).. I immediately got out and talked to the grass crew & went inside to get the manager (AL) also a witness was there, "ducking flying stones" the manager talk to grass crew who admitted to doing damage. NOW Home Depot expects me to go for the damage from the grass crew that they hired, and by the way are hinging on not taking responsibility for their employees.
If you're ever at a Home Depot and see grass being cut I would leave immediately, and also be careful of who is responsible for your car while parked on Home Depots private property
I will most definitely follow up with this incident that I'm getting the runaround on from Home Depot. Also, the report was not done accurate (by the Home Depot management) to the conversation that took place in the parking lot. This is why you always call the police to get a unbiased accurate report.

The manager at the Zephyrhills location is not helpful. Ordered a window for us and then sold it to someone else and then told us it never came in. We went to New Port Richey and picked up the window. The employees there are outstanding.

Incompetent Bait and switch operation don't accept any estimate unless it is in writing i will try to complain at corporate level employees are not experience in anything related to mobile homes i will update with photos.

I have found that the employees have been very helpful and have gone out of their way to take care of my needs. I had mis-measured some posts and they trimmed them twice for me without charging me. I would easily recommend this store.
