I want the owner of this establishment to read this message very clearly:
Be very careful who you try to rip off. Today, my husband bought a bouquet of flowers and another item, as a birthday gift for me. The gift was beautiful, no doubt. My children and husband drove from Arcadia to El Monte to patronize this store. This woman intentionally over charged my husband a full $60. My kids were so puzzled at the price at the register, as my husband is the type to not take price into consideration- he just buys, without question. For her, he was the perfect mark. Low class people with poor mentalities are never satisfied and prefer to steal from innocent shoppers even though we were kind enough to do business with her. Take it from me, the President of a medical group and owner of three companies, learn to be satisfied while doing honest business. You’ll never progress as a thief. It’s tacky and illegal and I feel badly that you’ve learned such poor behavior, even still as you have been blessed with a business. You’re lucky that I wasn’t present. I would have given you a swift scolding. You’re flowers are lovely, I just wish that your class would match.

Please believe my review and the other ones that say that this lady will rip you off and overcharge you if you don’t pay attention. I went in and asked questions about pricing for two ramos. After we talked I decided to order them for April 20th. She was writing down my receipt and when she was done, she told me my total was $180 which was not the price she had originally quoted me. I asked her why it was so much? She then said, oh that’s right I thought you wanted some different flowers that are more expensive. I only asked for roses. She then fixed the price and wrote it on the left of my receipt which was the correct price of $100 plus tax came out to $110. I genuinely thought it was a human mistake from her. But when I got home I looked at my receipt and realized she tried to rip me off. If you look closely at the receipt on the right side it says $140 plus $14 tax total should have been $154 but she wrote the total of $180. She added $26 more to this balance which wasn’t even the correct price to begin with. I don’t think it’s because she doesn’t know how to add I had my two sons and one of them was crying and behaving like a 3 year old so I was distracted. I believe she thought I wasn’t going to notice. The morning my husband went to pick up the ramos both of them had a bow that I did not ask for and on one of the ramos my roses were closed. I called her and asked her, why she added the bows that I did not ask for them. She said, because to her they looked good she decided to add something I did not want. Please go to another flower shop this lady will rip you off if you’re not careful and will ruin your order. I’m so glad I paid attention to the prices and receipt she gave me because if not I would have paid more for the lousy job she did. My ramos looked like a Christmas gift.

I read the previous review and decided that Monica needed a chance to redeem heraelf and she did. I ordered some flowers for a funeral and had them delivered. The flowers were beautiful. I just checked my credit card and I was billed the price she quoted me. Everyone makes mistake, what separate good business from bad business is their willingness to fix it.

They had the cutest little puppy flower basket which I got for my friend who lost her dog it looked just like her..and they have affordable prices. I was very pleased.

lady that works there overcharged me 60$ more then the original price for a birthday present for my mother and lied and said it was “for tax “ and we didn’t realize she overcharged us until we came back and asked for the receipt and looked over it and as we walked back to confront her of her scam SHE THEN had the money in her hand already. These people are scammers.

This is a great flower shop! The prices are very good especially for the times we are in. All of her arrangements are very beautiful you can tell she puts a lot of time into them. My daughter was very happy with her birthday Bouquet.
