Not really an outlet, pen prices are more expensive than what I could find on their actual website. Website also offers free engraving, the shop doesn’t. I don’t understand why they would have a shop in the outlet and have 0 discount.

First time in a Montblanc shop, and I absolutely loved the experience. From the moment I walked I felt very comfortable. I was very lucky to have Jesse assist me with my first Swiss watch purchase. He is super knowledgeable and a genuine person. He answered all the questions I had plus shared some of the history behind Montblanc. I probably spent an hour talking to him about watches and other Montblanc products which I am looking forward to purchasing. If you need anything from here ask for Jesse!

Go see Hugo. I went in looking for my first high end pen. I knew nothing about them. Hugo was very patient and answered all my questions. I bought 2 pens from him. One as a gift, and one for me. I will be back soon. Very happy with the service my wife and I received. When you see Hugo, make sure to tell him Mike sent you.

The store itself is awesome, well organized, it has a great variety of products, and good prices. I went to this store on 08-06-2019 because I was looking for a belt, a pen, and a watch (specifically a timewalker chronograph with in-house movement and white dial), and they have all 3 items that I wanted to buy. However, both people in the store didn’t offered much help, it might be because I stopped on the store on my way to Joshua tree and I was wearing cheap vans shoes and no expensive clothes. Then I went to Gucci and had one of the best assistance from a salesperson.
In conclusion, if you want to have a good experience in the store, go dressed well and never stop by before going to a hike in joshua tree.

Pen was sold to me by a sales person that stated the pens had a warranty. After getting home and reading the brochure, I noticed the warranty paper was stamp no warranty. When called back they acted like I did not know what I was talking about. Scam.
