This review is purely from my experience ordering online. I ordered a caracara sweater from Morley at a sale price that seemed great, but when it arrived the buttons were coming off, and thew few that were affixed seemed to have been sewn on with different thread. I received my order 2/5, contacted their customer service on 2/5 and they offered to send me a return label. I had to repeatedly ask for the return label a few times before getting it on 2/11 where I was told I’d have to pay return shipping for a damaged item. When I asked why, I was told “ It is a final sale item that I could have rejected as sale items are final, but since the buttons were loose I'm willing to let you do the return... ” When I received my refund notification 2/14 I was charged not only return shipping but I was charged for initial shipping too. The same customer service rep, Emily, ignored my inquiry email so hoping she sees my question here. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a boutique, nor have I ever written a negative review. I’m sure this boutique is fine to shop in person, but they quite literally send damaged items to customers listed as “new” and then are appalled when you don’t want the item.

I had a great experience here. The customer service is amazing and they have all sizes not just skinny clothes. Plus they are dog, friendly with treats and toys available.

My favorite store in Delray! Morley has such great range of clothing and jewelry. At home in Michigan, people are always asking me, “where did you get that”? My answer is almost always, Morley in Delray 🙂 The girls are friendly and helpful, not sure how anyone could leave this place anything less than a 5 star review!

I had a great experience at Morley, when I was in a pinch needing a last minute outfit for a bachelorette weekend. Franny was AMAZING in helping select pieces I would have never tried and ended up loving! She was super helpful, patient, kind, and really a gem. I probably would have left empty handed if she didn't help select such flattering pieces for my body type.

Walked in to looked at a dress . Only 1 customer at desk . The two attendants did not even looked at my friend and I.
Oh well the dress was 780.. I guess we didn’t look like the type that could afford it .

Love the selection! Love the staff! They are a great store and company who has gone above and beyond. I found a beautiful dress for an event and a great sweater for the cooler evenings. I do not know why one would shop anywhere else? I highly suggest stopping in and viewing the amazing options. I even found a pair of shorts for my husband. Thank you!

I had a long chat with the woman in the store who helped me, she was lovely. I told her I was looking for a backup dress for an event- I had already ordered a dress online but since the event was that weekend I wanted to make sure I had a backup in case the one I ordered didn't fit well. I bought two dresses and left. I never took them out of the bag. The dress I ordered online was perfect. I went to return them the following week and was told I could only have store credit. Not once during our entire conversation did the associate mention the return policy. Not once. I would never buy a "back up dress" from a store that would not let me return it. Terrible customer service. Aside from being forced to use my credit- I would NEVER go back.

I just started going here after moving from NYC. Some nice options from beachy to dressy. A handful of good designers. There is floral everywhere! I will keep shopping there but I hope I go on the days that the nice ladies are there. There is one girl who is just unaccomodating and rolls her eyes a lot and just plain simple doesn’t look like she wants to be working there. There other two girls were amazing!
