I recently purchased a 2024 Nissan kicks from Mossy Nissan of El Cajon. I had an outstanding buying experience and want to take time to especially think the sales person Anna Martinez, the finance manager Derrik Cornell, and the general manager, Jake McElroy for going out of their way to accommodate my situation. The professional team took great care of me from beginning to end. The staff was extremely courteous and kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I have been a lifelong customer of the Nissan brand and wanted to continue with a newer year, make and model. I am so grateful for the joy and contentment this new car brings to me and grateful for the smooth, and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Very un-car dealership experience. That’s a great thing. No pressure sales. Had no issues with just getting the hard numbers I was looking for. That was over email and text. There was no pressure to come in to get the best price BS. Jaeden was a pleasure to deal with. I wish there was more of a deal on my used car purchase since there was body damage on the car. There was also some cosmetic smudges on the interior. After getting it home found the cabin filter was well used. I appreciated that they found low interest rate from a local credit union, and not forced to use corporate financing.

Oscar Araiza was absolutely fantastic! He helped my family manage a complex situation and helped us work our 10k repair to a more manageable amount that we could afford on short notice.

Oscar was amazing customer service and made sure my car was safe and reliable for me. I had tried at 3 other Nissan locations to fix the issue with my car they all wanted to charge me! I knew my extended warranty would cover the repairs. Oscar made sure that the extended warranty covered cost and I wasn’t charged.

I had the best experience the other day thanks to Jaeden! He helped me pick out a 2025 Nissan Kicks and I am so happy that I went with his suggestion (I was looking at 2024s online) he even drove up to Poway to get the exact trim and color I wanted. About as easy as it can get when it comes to going to a dealership! Thanks again Jaeden!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Mossy Nissan. My sales associate, Jay, was so kind and knowledgeable. We were interested in a pre owned car that wasn’t listed yet and he graciously walked us down to the parking lot where it was to be able to take a look at it. They were very upfront about the fact that it technically wasn’t ready to be shown, but he went above and beyond with helping us to view the vehicle.

When we were going through financing, Manny was the best. He made the process so easy for us and enjoyable as well. He carefully explained all the paperwork and broke it down to terms I truly could understand. I felt safe purchasing my car through him.

I truly felt taken care of by them and truly feel they are great examples of hospitable customer service.

Andy was great. He's very knowledgeable about his job and not to mention very professional. I'm also impressed of the awards he has in his desk.

With regards to this facility, I am satisfied with their care. Provided I brought my vehicle for just a recall repair so I didn't have to put out money. Though I had anticipated some "centavos" in the pre-receipt, but I was assured that nothing will be charged for recalls. In which they acknowledge.

I didn't get any post knowledge of the recall repairs (though I noticed some settings in my car was reset) so I assume they did something. Hopefully this policy would change in the future, to let the customer be aware of the fixes they made.

All in all, I'm happy with my visit and would definitely recommend them. By the way, I'm not so keen to staying in their common area.
