Why is there no one who can help in Spanish? Mrs. Barbara couldn't understand me and couldn't help me. I had to go to another office that is in another country 40 minutes from my town and they resolved it immediately.

They deserve a negative five star review in my honest opinion!! It was not a good experience 😕 and it hasn't been a good experience for the past 6 times I've been in there for a simple drivers license! I have been a florida resident for well over a year now and I've yet to obtain an official florida drivers license!! I've done EVERYTHING and tbh I've done it twice !! Just to get turned away again today with another hurdle they've come up with !! I mean seriously?! I can understand providing proper identification and paying any outstanding fines or fees but past that point it's just ridiculous! How do they expect a person to obtain employment They don't care honestly they don't!! As long as their bellies are full that's what matters most, right I wish the shoes were on the opposite feet!! See how quick they'd change their attitudes towards us 'little people' !!! Good luck if you need any help here!! You're gonna need it!

This is the first DMV I have ever been to that was the nicest DMV. The ladies behind the counter were super polite and help me in every way that they could so I can get a address change and renew my license and I cannot stress enough how nice and simple it was to renew my license with the address Thank you very much

Got there before 3pm and had to wait 20 minutes just for them to call me up and say I couldn't take the test and to get there by 3. Talk about stupidity.

Alysa was so helpful - I had a stop on my registration and I called to resolve. She was so helpful and had my registration renewed within 8 minutes and mailed to my house. Thank you for making this so easy!!!

Three times I have been to this office to change my DL. Each time I bring exactly what the previous person tells me I need plus extra. The last time I was accused of being nasty by a male employee when I asked questions. I wasn’t angry until his rudeness. Then I get a “ by the way, next time you come you still won’t get your DL. You will have to be proven by Tallahassee.” I will try one more time.

I would have given it a five stars however after this last encounter 0 stars 1 star cause of last time... the first time I went I had my out-of- state registration done... no problem. When I went to get my license done, I realized I was missing a document. They told me, "No worries, Come back." I came back and the system failed.... so they gave me a paper that said "no appointment need, see jess or lou." I asked them that if I come in after work I would be taken care of.... they said yes. I reiterated I don't want to be turned down... "no worries."
Well lo and behold, I head over there today after work. They tell me I need an appointment, the paper is bologna, and that it has to be at their specialize time( which is during work). So I wasted a trip to be told exactly what I said didn't want to happen. They said they called me... they didn't call me. I don't like to waste time or other peoples time... I like to follow the rules... I would not have showed up if I had gotten that call. They may be efficient in some things but not in this. Take your chances anywhere else... I don't write reviews but I'm passed 😤. Save your time and go to which ever one that can help you... ALL DMVs ARE THE SAME. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I'M FOOLISH. NICE DOES NOT EQUAL KIND.
