I went in to find an outfit for my granddaughter's graduation (from 4th grade ?). I found a nice dress and fancy flip-flops. Very cute, I must say. It cost me close to $100. She's worth every penny!

Just bought a bag of Purina Pro Plan 20/30 Dog food ($70.00). Got home unloaded found that the bag has been broken open and taped closed.
Called store they want me to bring it back!! The store manager wanted to give me %10 off (That won't cover the fuel).He then tells me they routinely sell compromised dog food. Selling tampered /broken/compromised products should not be tolerated.
If this happens with Chewy they refund the entire price of the food.
The Polson store has never felt consumer friendly, now I know why.

Really enjoy the knowledgeable staff. When out of stock of what I was looking for for my daughter, they were able tell me exactly what was available at nearby stores and what they had that was comparable and on sale. Easy to make choices with that kind of information. Always a good experience.

Excellent staff, very helpful & the best place to get winter wear for a person who works outside i.e./ boots, heavy duty pants, wool socks & coveralls! Price maybe a little more but you get what you pay for! We also got matching PJ's for Papa, YaYa and the grandkids!

This place has changed from when they opened. My first reviews weren't good as we didn't have good service before. Hadn't been back in a long while. Came back reluctantly for a sale. Wow, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We came back the next week and it was even better. Glad we gave them another chance.
