I went into the store on the night shift, and the young lady working there was placing drinks in the fridge. But she never acknowledged me even there or the customer at the drive window. So I stood there at the counter waiting for her. And even said ready to checkout. And after around 3 minutes. She still didn't acknowledge me there. Now, this is very rude and disrespectful to the customers. Now I know she saw me when I came into the store because she looked directly at me. This isn't the first time. Customers are talking about not coming to the store when she is there. U must have noticed the low customer rate at the store when she is there.
