Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they seem to have a problem shipping the customer orders after an online sale has been made. If you email them and ask about your order they will blame the shipping company when in reality they just never shipped the item. After the initial email they will stop responding to you all together. If you call the store they will go and “try to find out why the item hasn’t shipped”, then come back to the phone and tell you the person in charge of interned sales isn’t there at the moment, ask for your phone number so they can look into it further and call you back, which they never actually will. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MVP MARINE. I bought a Garmin Phantom Radar through Amazon from MVP Marine. When I started the installation, I noticed a crack in the dome I did not see when I inspected the Radar upon delivery. Amazon refunded me minus a 507 dollar restocking fee levied by MVP marine because it was beyond 30 days. Since there is no way this Item can be sold again, ethically. There should be no restocking fee !! I need a refund on the restocking Fee. I tried calling them many times. No one ever answers. BUYER BEWARE !!

If there was a negative star, I would have selected that!!
I ordered a new Mercruiser part 32-73815 67 42" Tubing and this is what they sent. (see photo below). It was so gross i didn't even open it and sent it back for a refund. They said it was new, maybe 10 years ago!! I paid $22.00 plus shipping which totaled $25.00 and they refunded me $12.41! What poor business practice!! Don't purchase anything from them! You'll be sorry! I should have looked at the reviews before my purchase.

Placed an order for a OEM Mercury 300 Hr Maintenance Kit - 75-115HP FourStroke 2.1L Outboard 8M0097855 and order was identified as shipped but was never provided to USPS for shipping 9 days later. Further review of other customer experiences indicate the vendor does this quite often. Check BBB rating!

Will never buy from them again. Ordered a bearing carrier through Amazon from them on October 24th. Showed the part to arrive on October 26th. Part never came. Waited a few more days and nothing. Checked order status and said shipped. When I tracked the shipping, the order is pending the shipment label to be processed by MVP Marine. Emailed seller and said the part will be in the store by next day and will ship out same day. It's now November 12th and the part still has not come. Client is heading out of town in 5 days for the winter months and motor is still pending the part. Called the vendor and said they can't help me, go through Amazon to find the status of the part. Demanding refund at this time since MVP Marine can't get there stuff together, WTH?

Absolute worst customer service !!
Have gotten the runaround and flat out lied to multiple times.
Still have not recieved a credit card refund for an order that was never shipped!!
Found mulitple other reviews on Facebook, Google, Ebay and with the Better business bureau with similar and worse issues with this company. Buyer beware!!!

Ordered engine alignment tool through amazon. Received bell housing bushing kit. Not even close to right tool. Called MVP marine directly. Told to handle through amazon. This sucks boat is sitting here waiting for outdrive install, but now have to reorder alignment tool.

After an order was placed and paid for in here I was instructed to wait for delivered and pick up in 3-5 days... Today after 8 days passed by they told me they couldn't get the part and that they sorry but they can only offer me a refund!!!!!!!
I was stuck with the news and a mechanic waiting for it...!
Maybe it wasn't their fault, but after so many days from the delivery date... I think they should have called, verify and at least let me know so I didn't have to waste so much time waiting for nothing!!!
I will definitely recommend another marine!!!
