Zero star for the Philippines lady staff, she knows nothing. Don’t know Why is she always at the inquiry counter. She always misleading and wasting my time. And very rude. Try another lady. Avoid Philippine one. By the way,I miss the purple lady. She was lovely and very helpful but she is not working here anymore.maybe retired.

Fresh into town and have needed a few visits to the Alice MVR to organise change over of licence and registrations. It's a very busy centre and they are clearly short staffed but they are always accommodating, knowledgeable and as efficient as they can be. If your still in the line when they close they will keep going and get you served which was very appreciated and helpful to not only myself but others there too. Thanks team.

I was told over the phone I could get a 18+ CARD but when I went over I found a very rude Asain women who was curt unhelpful and downright patronising. Also she acted like I wasnt Australia due to my cap when my accent is a dead giveaway

The staff is too much slow. I have to wait more than an hour and there is only 5 people before me in queue. I would appreciate it staff is showing more energy while working. This not only happens only once. Overall poor service.

My experience with the MVR staff was great. Their process is streamlined and you get your things done straight away.
I got my Proof of Age card within 30mins. No need to wait for a couple of weeks for the card to arrive via post. I got it straight away.
Same thing with my driving licence. After clearing the road test, I got my driving licence straight away in hand.
Fastest and most efficient service.
