I stopped by the dealership a couple of times checking out the truck inventory over the last few weeks and found a truck that fit my needs. We had the best experience at Salinas Chevrolet. Raul was the salesman who helped us with finding the right fit for our family, Chuy was the salesman manager who introduced himself to us and made us feel super welcome, Eddie was the financial man who helped us with the rest. All 3 men went above and beyond for us! We are so grateful for all their help. If I could give zero stars I would. I Purchased my car on 3/3/25 with the help of Manuel Chavez, which all went subpar. He is at no fault of this negative experience. The service department is another story. Fast forward to 3/4/25 (A DAY AFTER) I entered the dealership and made Manuel aware of the issues I was having. He then guided me to the service department to inform them of the issues, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. 3/5/25 10AM - I brought the BRAND NEW CAR to get the sunroof checked out because it would not close until the 6th or 7th attempt, problem #2 - the radio would BLAST and go completely SILENT periodically with no physical commands. I was promised a 2pm pick up time, 3pm came by 4pm came by and they didn’t even bother to call me and say it would be longer, so I show up to get an update and the vehicle was still not ready. I decided to stay and wait, and I see my car pull up, the good news the sunroof was fixed but the radio was still presenting the issues after a so called 4 hour reprogramming, parts ordered to correct the issue. But here comes the good part after getting my keys I go outside and do my usual 360 supervision of the cars interior and exterior body, as I also do before dropping off. The BRAND NEW CAR was filthy on the drivers side interior and the right side exterior and charger door were full of scratches that I could guarantee WERE NOT there! I advised the service advisor right there and then, he was understanding but then became hesitant as if the car was already like that and did not happen while in their possession, which I am sure it did. He did advise the detail department can fix it, but honestly I am a bit afraid things will go worse. Manuel saw me as I was leaving a bit frustrated and said if all was good, but no. He got near and saw the scratches and interior and said those were definitely not there. You can tell they were fresh scratches. He offered to take care of it himself and was a little bummed of all the issues after just 2 days of owning the vehicle.

Service department is absolute trash. Unfortunately I have a few free services here which it’d be smart enough to bring back, but most likely wont and would much rather take my business elsewhere and get it done right the first time. Had two back to back incidents that makes me double think about getting my vehicle serviced here again. Incidents that could’ve easily been avoided if the technician was on it and knew what he was doing.

My experience at My Chevrolet was very positive! I bought a used car here a few months ago, and am very happy with it. I am from upstate New York, so I made the purchase remotely, and had the car shipped across country. I was a bit nervous purchasing a vehicle I had not seen, but the sales team was transparent and answered all my questions. Overall just a very positive experience!

Super friendly staff in the shop and the shuttle driver. The courtesy shuttle is back which makes it real convenient to have car serviced and not have to wait in the lobby or pre arrange a ride ahead of time.

After 7 years of owning our "family car" a (small Nissan altima ) our family was growing so it was time for an upgrade! A huge thank you to the sales associates Junior and to Damian for working with us and being so understanding and guiding us through this whole process and truly being patient ! we got a amazing rate and a amazing family car to keep up with our constant traveling ! we fell in love with our chevy ! I definitely recommend going to see them for your vehicle needs they will treat you like family and they will get you what you need ! 10/10 experience .
