Was given an appointment to donate a week after I called. Upon donating I was greeted with hastily. The lady was very rude and nearly slammed door on me after I handed her the bag of items. I have NEVER been treated with Such RUDENESS upon making a donation. I pray you have a better experience. As for me and my family, We will NEVER donate here again!!!

My co-worker and I was waiting for Monday morning to see what My Sister’ s closet had since we walked around Friday to find out open Mon- Thurs. Excited about shopping however upon entering the welcome felt dreadful. The clerk today was very rude. After looking, I went to the counter to purchase my items where I was not greeted and every question asked instead of assisting she points to a sign without looking up. Distasteful- this is an establishment I have volunteered before and this is not what My Sister’ s stand to represent.

When my co-worker approached the corner, she was asked have she been there before, did she have a rewards card and got signed up for one. Total difference, as if two people were behind the counter. My co-worker even stated, after we left she was rude to you. I’m not clear on where the ball dropped but how unprofessional. Speaking across the store telling who the donors are that were shopping, stating anything left outside the door she just throw away because that’s not a drop- off, and the store is not hurting for donations - she don’t even look through it. Horrible representation for a place that stands to represent so much. By far this was the worst visit ever in addition my co- worker who I invited to come along and had been giving much praise about the location to witness the entire situation.

If this is what My Sister’ s Closet has turned to I feel sorry for the future. Only providing incentives, information, or any consumer need to know information to only the people of the clerks interest instead of what’s best for the entire store and retention of customers.

The best consignment shop in BHAM!! Located on the north side (3rd Avenue N) they have all name brands from Michael Kors to J Crew, Anne Klein, Calvin Klein!
Shoes, dresses, skirts, pants, jeans, tops, tank tops, evening wear, jewelry, all sizes!!! Small-plus sizes!!
