Went to this shop this past weekend as tourist we knew stuff would be over priced in shops but this shop was outrageous. My daughter wanted a baby doll and it was $70.00. My mom did end up buying my daughter a small $35.00 stuffed animal just because it was so disappointing. While looking in this store my son ( who is one) had picked up a tiny stuffed animal and I put it back within a minute from when he grabbed it and the store clerk looked really mad and grabbed the animal off the shelf and started dramatically cleaning it and sanitizing it. Not that it was a big deal but it definitely made you feel unwanted and not comfortable bringing children in this store.

Owner is rude to people who aren’t from there. Dont bring your kids in there, she doesn’t want them touching the toys and complains out loud. Wish she was nicer bc she has a lot of cute stuff, regardless I still supported her business, didn’t even get a thank you.

I am a new local children's book author. I looked at their website, It sounded like it would be a perfect fit for my book The Journey of the Wee Shell. Especially as "Nana" and her little grandson go on a beach adventure together. The manager asked me to leave the book, I did. I contacted them 2-days later and was told they were not interest at this time. That's fine, but I saw no reason to be rude. I naively asked why, "The store is named Nana's Place and the story is about Nana and her grandson." The manager rudely told me she didn't read it "wait for the other salesperson," who was on the phone for the longest time. I decided to just leave as she never acknowledged that I was waiting for her. I have shopped their for many years and I would have continued to do so even without them selling my book. But I wouldn't subject myself to rudeness.

I love Nana’s Children Shop, the Staff was nothing but helpful and courteous! I’m glad in these times with COVID that masks are mandatory for adults entering the store and my little granddaughter was having a bad day I couldn’t get her to keep her mask on, since she was 3 they were very kind about it! We found her great things a awesome toy! I am telling all of my friends about Nana’s!

Cutest lil shop. We had questions about a scooter and the person working there took time to explain all about these cute scooters.
We will be back to buy goodies for our grandkids. I love this store! If I was able to give this store a higher star rating I would!!
More stores need to take notice of what customer service looks like through this shops example!

I spent $200 in the shop and bought 4 outfits for grandchildren in Minnesota. I asked if I could return if didn’t fit and she said yes within 30 days. My grandsons outfit didn’t fit right and the romper kept coming unsnapped while wearing first time. I returned with receipt within 2 weeks and tags and the owner would not exchange or return. The sales clerk said she didn’t see anything wrong with it. Very disappointed in the customer service. Will not shop here again.

As can be expected, there will always be those that find something unfavorable in an experience. I know for a fact that no one at Nana's would ever be short with a customer. The items in the store are for sale and they try to make sure items being purchased are in excellent condition. I'm sure no harm was intended when asking a child to return the product to it's display. It's unfortunate the customer felt insulted and the need to post this review. Hopefully, the fact that the majority of customers that shop at Nana's find it a wonderful experience they will not be effected by this one person....
