I visited Sedona recently, and stopped at the Natural Grocers for a healthy snack. I was very impressed at how clean the store is, and how organized each isle is. The fruits and vegetables were very healthy looking, and everything was priced well. I only had an interaction with the cashier, and he was super friendly! While this trip was very brief to this location, I had a very positive experience. It’s very well located in Sedona, and the views are amazing when you walk out the front door. This is a location I could recommend to friends and family who are visiting the area!

I just bought some organic baby spinach and arugula and a lot of it was bad. I looked on the front and it said use by 5/2 - 4 days ago. Their shelves were half empty. And the parking lot is a nightmare. Don't waste your time!!!

The products in this store are wonderful, however the staff are dreadful. I’ve never seen so much disrespect towards the customers (myself and many others) from several staff members. Only one of the employees was friendly (a younger gal with dark hair I think, who’s name escapes me.) The rest of them almost seemed offended anyone would shop at their store.

We visited your store today, the first person we encountered was the cashier closest to the entrance. He…she…? obviously a trans person seemed bothered by our question of where the water dispenser was for our empty bottles. Once we found some bottled water … we were checking out with the same cashier who was sitting on a high chair with a short provocative dress on legs apart so we could see his/her? underwear. It was repulsive and quite unnecessary to have encountered for a shopping trip to your store! I won’t be patronizing your store in Sedona again as it was a very unpleasant experience! ?

This used to be a good store with great customer service but new management hires cashiers and department heads that have no regard for customers or any sort of professional service. Apparently the lax attitude of management towards employees bleeds out onto customers and nobody gives a care. Complaining to management over the past year changes nothing. Missing Whole Foods.
