Remember to return your books before the due date. I have a disability with memory issues so I was a day late and they hit me with a non-refundable fee of $276 which put me in the negative and they still want their book back.

I loved the variety of NAU swag and more importantly, there were a lot of affordable items as well. Unfortunately, I visited during move in weekend and the line was so long that we didn't get a chance to purchase anything. It didn't appear that they were prepared for the amount of people that were wanting to buy that weekend. I will probably just order my things online or try again next time I go visit my daughter.

Not a great bookstore. Prices on tags are different than actual sale price. Bought a polo that on the tag said $30 but rang up at $58. Casher said take it or leave it, so I left it.

Very nice store. Huge selection overall of both men’s, women’s, and kids.

I kind of wish they had at least a small section of just “Flagstaff” giftables though to save visitors the trouble of visiting two gift shops. Heck even just some mugs or ornaments that were Flagstaff specific mixed in with the NAU mugs/ornaments.

So much stuff to look at and to buy, so many options, and not a 'bookstore' but more like a NAU souvenirs boutique. You can find anything and everything with the NAU logo on it.

For the post office part, the staff was nice and tried the best they could to find my lost package. Really cool stuff overall. Good rating. (they are not open on saturdays !! It's not written on google maps, only the bookstore is opened, not the post office ! And if you want to buy NAU stuff, saturday is definitely the best time)
I say this because East Flagstaff post office redirected me to 1015 S San Francisco which is the bookstore and not 1014 which is USPS, so keep that in mind, it's a bit confusing.
