I was nervous to ride the bus at first... but after my first bus ride to work...I got use to the routes...saved my job... thanks for running routes even in the snow! I am grateful ?

We waited and waited. The bus didn’t show up on route 13 scheduled at 6:49am at Gallup Indian Medical Center for over 15 minutes. We called the phone numbers listed on their website. One was out of service and the other rang and rang. This is worse than third world countries. How can Native American teen sports ion services be any more unreliable? It’s a poor reflection of the community when people don’t have access to a dependable transportation service.

The dispatcher does not know the routes nor are they updated on routes phone numbers etc.
Can anyone help get an updated website phone numbers up for the navajo public please.

Its free during pandemic. Must wear mask tho. Best be 15 mins early arrival times vary.
