Waited in the fragrance area for more than 15 minutes and no one approached me to help me or even saying “Hi. We’ll be there in a moment”. Nothing, they were just laughing. I don’t mind waiting, but at least an acknowledgment that I am there was not going to take them more than a minute

Very very good pharmacy. First visit I wasnt sure. The pharmacy tech was very curt. But I had my meds filled no problem. I often have issues getting meds filled on the due date. I have waited up to 5 hrs at other pharmacies. This one they have it done within 5 MINUTES. Pharmacists are outstanding. I see elderly customers come in & the PHARMACISTS know them by name & will greet them. Some come in to ask simple questions. But the pharmacists respectfully listen & answer. I drive 35+ min to this one passed other pharmacies because it is a lot less stressful.

I have gone to this pharmacy for more than 7 years, serving has gone backwards:

1. Medication are not on time
2. Orders given to them by Doctors direct delivery, are not ready even 24 hours after they got theorder.
3. Only one person at the medication providing g service.
4. When medications are not available, dont call

The pharmacy has always a long line it’s like 30 minutes or more to pick up medicine . For years it’s been like this and nobody takes care of this, bad service.

Very bad costumer service , they do not answer the phone you order by phone and on line and two days later the medication is not ready, Dr order a medication and I they prepare that two days later

malísimo servicio al cliente, increíblemente, no había ninguna persona disponible para ayudarme a buscar unos suplementos q necesitaba, fui al mostrador de la farmacia, me mandaron al pasillo 5 y 6, dijeron que no tenían a nadie “en el piso” para acompañarme, fui a la cajera como último recurso a preguntar por ayuda y la mujer (Betzabe) literalmente dijo Ay Dios mío bendito! como si yo fuera una grandísima carga por pedir ayuda. A veces el cliente puede ir al pasillo designado y buscar detenidamente algo y no encontrarlo, eso no significa que el cliente sea un “incapaz” o “una carga”. Si yo como cliente no encuentro algo estoy en todo mi derecho de pedir asistencia y que se me ofrezca con buena actitud y gentileza.

Visite el lugar por primeras vez,todo bien organizado y excelente trató,Teresa fundora y Maria del Pilar en todo momento me guiaron donde encontrar el medicamento que buscaba ,regresaré y se lo recomiendo a los clientes .
