I went to get my sweats tailored, i needed them to be hemmed 2 inches shorter. I paid 11.40 which wasn’t even an issue, but not only were they uneven but it looks totally unprofessional.

It was alright. I just need to change my CAC and everytime I go they run out of numbers. They don’t have many marine uniform items.

Tried to make a return and was told that there was only one position who can do returns and that they were off work for the day.

Seems counterproductive to have the only person who can do returns to be off work right when the work day ends for most commands.

Two women in the uniform section were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to look in the back for things that were not on the racks. They ensured I had everything I needed before I left. Did everything with a smile and we’re genuinely nice people.

Wide variety of items. Sadly they didn't have what I needed but it was something "Surface" related.

Most of the people that I've met that work there have an attitude and are disrespectful. For example, I asked about the tailoring whereabouts and the lady whom I spoke with gave me a sigh and rolled her eyes at me and pointed me it the direction with a condescending attitude in her words. In the tailoring store the lady working and I made eye contact as I walked in but she was busy, not a problem. When she finally finished and came to the front counter she didn't say anything. She just stared. Wide eyed and impatient looking. I asked her is she could help me and she replied with, "Well I'm waiting for you to say what you need." I asked for a name tape and she said they don't do those and to speak with the lady outside the front of the store in the walk way area.
I ask the lady who does the name tapes for a half inch name tape with white letters. She proceeds to correct me as if I don't know what I want. I repeat my order and she gives me a judgemental look and charges me for the product.
I go in to pick it up and it is a full inch name tape with half inch letters; not what I ordered. I ask her why it came out that way and I show her what I really needed. She tells me they don't make half inch high tapes! So why charge me when I clearly described what I was ordering and you don't even make that type of product?!
Overall, not a very satisfying or enjoyable experience. Ive been there multiple times for uniform items and am met with the same type of attitude as the first lady mentioned most of the time. I have only met one individual who actually walked me to what I was asking for and helped me find what I needed. Not once did I seem to inconvenience her.
