I think this store is nice. I have never seen it busy here. The tax free purchasing is nice but doesn't always mean that this store is the cheapest. However, these candles are a friggin deal!

We stopped by this morning to go shopping at the Navy Main Exchange, since it's conveniently located right outside of NAS Pensacola, Florida. They have a very large parking lot, and the Exchange is co-located next to the commisionary.

As a retired military family we try and support these facilities, because this the businesses that directly support the active duty members. The Main Exchange offers brand name clothing and many other accessories. They always have plenty of staff and we always gotten great customer service.

I love the NEX, its well stocked with high end cosmetics, fashionable higher end clothing, a wide assortment of shoes, plus your basic household and beauty stuff. The building next door has furniture, appliances and electronics, all priced pretty competitively. They take their outdoor cooking, furniture, and entertainment seriously with a specific area for it! The commissary is clean and stocked pretty well. The reason for the lowered star rating is the construction 🚧 that seems to be going on every time I visit which isn’t that often. Perhaps just bad timing and hopefully that means it’s being rehabbed and for the better. Overall, it’s a great mall!

Very disappointed in the condition of the buildings. Just because they are old, does not mean they can't be maintained. It seemed like I was shopping in the trashest part of the base in a condemned building.

I’ve been going to the navy exchange since I was a kid for school clothes shopping, Christmas shopping, etc. Recently I tragically lost my wedding band. My husband and I decided to stop into the jewelry shop in hopes to find something to replace it. Our service provider Maureen exceeded our expectations and found us something nice and meaningful. She was polite, and attentive. It really made our day. Thank you Maureen.

Awesome Navy Exchange! Went here few days before christmas and most all of the stuffs is 40% or 50% sale. What a great deal!

Navy exchange is okay. You have to be vigilant when shopping here because sometimes what seems like a sale or deal is not and products can be found cheaper elsewhere. They do have nice stuff. Electronics are not in the main mall they are in the building in the far right.

The furniture dept provides a large selection of recliners and sofas. Plus Top of the line of Sealy and Tempurpedic mattresses.
