My order was shipped quickly and packaged well. Unfortunately one of the mixed greens plants was missing a piece. I received a quick response to my email with pictures of the items purchased and a replacement was sent out. The plants are very nice and I am pleased with them. Customer service was excellent. I love the look of these plants online and finally decided to try it with a great coupon. I ordered the 8’ olive tree and I was not disappointed! It is lovely, realistic, and everything they said it would be.

I love it so much I ordered a second one even though I didn’t need it 🙂 (and a 4’ dracaena plant which is perfect in quality and everything other aspect!) Much to my surprise, the second olive tree had a plethora of defects and ultimately had to be returned.

That said, I am a permanent Nearly Natural customer, not because of the quality of the product (although it’s awesome!!) but because of their truly great customer service and free returns. I will always come back to this company because I know they will stand behind their product and make my experience exceptional. Thank you Nearly Natural!

I ordered a lovely centerpiece as a gift for my sister however I never received it. Apparently it was delivered tomorrow the wrong address. I called customer service and they promptly checked and verified that it was not delivered tomorrow our home and reimbursed me immediately. The customer service was excellent although I would have rather received the item.

Happy to leave a review for such a quality product! Everything I ordered came packaged carefully and was as pictured. It is very pretty and adds the right touch to the spaces I wanted to fill. Now, to find the perfect planters to house them! If you're on the fence, order it! Maybe, like me, you'll be lucky and catch a sale!

Could not be more pleased with the quality of the workmanship on the handmade Cala Lillies. Each flower is unique and naturally shaded and shaped as it would appear in nature. No cookie cutter exact matches here. I posted a closeup of the flowers and of the detail as well as a photo of the final arrangement.

The last picture is of the white coral orchid piece I ordered. As you can see it is impeccably perfect and natural all the way down to the roots!
PS the green plate does not come with the arrangement, which actually allows room for customization of the piece.

I live in San Antonio, Texas, and purchased the UV-protected Nearly Natural trees for my covered pergola patio area 4 years ago. I have been very satisfied with the resistance to fading or sun damage to my palm tree and bamboo over the years. I have made other purchases, and one of my plants had been damaged in shipping. I was pleased that Nearly Natural was good about standing by their products and fair about refunds/returns. Thank you, Nearly Natural. No more watering my outdoor patio plants or dead plants from the Texas heat.☀️🤠
